Cold Remedies


 haven’t written a post on the health aspects of martial arts for a little while. Since many of us are already deep into the cold and flu season, I thought it might be helpful to list a number of articles dealing with the subject rather than having readers searching through the archives with one hand while clutching a fistful of Kleenex in the other.
